As well as offering tank-like build quality, the Universe S6 Active will also have a much large battery than the regular S6, upward from 2, 600 to 3, 475 mAh - that's larger than the particular iPhone 6 leather flip case Plus and Samsung's own Galaxy Note 4.
While using images, published by GSM Palestra, other changes include three actual physical buttons on the front instead of just 1 - although the redesigned Home tab could mean waving goodbye for any S6's fingerprint scanner, as is the case with the S5 Active.
Furthermore answering demands from critics of an S6, the Active model usually supposedly have a microSD card slot, another thing included in the S5 but missing during Samsung's latest flagship.
Elsewhere, an S6 Active is expected to vigilantly follow the S6's lead, with a fuve. 1in QHD screen (1440 y 2560), Samsung's own Exynos octa-core processor, and a 16-megapixel rear surveillance camera plus 5MP camera on the frontage.
There is no word yet on a price tag or release date for the Universe S6 Active, but it's at this instant a year since the S5 Active experienced been announced, so an official unveiling mustn't be too far away. Given the S6 starts at £560, we don't expect its tougher stable-mate as being any more affordable.
